BWM Electrical Services was founded in 2019 by Allen Delahooke, a dedicated career electrician who began his journey in commercial new construction. For the first five years, Allen honed his skills in that sector before making a pivotal shift to the service industry in 2013—a move that changed everything.
He quickly fell in love with the variety of service work: the unique troubleshooting challenges, the opportunity to meet new people every day, and the ability to help clients solve their electrical issues directly.
Allen had always dreamed of owning his own electrical business, and in 2019, that dream became a reality. But he didn’t want to own just any business—he wanted to build the best.
So, what defines “the best”?
First, the work must be done right and look great—Quality.
Second, people want someone reliable, someone who shows up and offers fair pricing—Honesty.
Finally, doing the right thing, even when no one is watching—Integrity.
From those values, the three pillars of BWM Electrical Services were formed: Quality, Honesty, and Integrity.
The name “BWM” wasn’t chosen to be catchy or marketable—it was chosen to be meaningful. Allen wanted a name that would remind him daily of why he does this work and who he does it for. BWM stands for Bentley, Wesley, and Mason—his three sons, and the most important people in his life.
As the years pass and his sons grow, so does the business. BWM Electrical Services continues to earn new certifications, deepen industry knowledge, and expand its reach—but we remain grounded in the same three pillars.
